We’re proud to welcome Alternativa AB to the Katalysen portfolio – a newly founded company created together with Apollonian AG and Greenshoe Capital AB as equal partners. Alternativa has acquired eAktiebok, a well-established digital platform for shareholder management and ownership administration, previously owned by Spotlight Group through its subsidiary FinReg Solutions.
eAktiebok provides tools for digital share registers, general meeting notices, investor communication, and transaction support. The platform operates under a tiered subscription model and has a proven customer base and revenue model.
With this acquisition, Alternativa takes over a functioning business with strong demand and clear potential. The next chapter? To evolve into a one-stop-shop for unlisted companies and their shareholders, offering simple, transparent, and effective tools for ownership, transactions, and financing.
Led by Martin N Larsson – previously CEO of Pepins and head of trading at Mangold – Alternativa combines technical infrastructure with market know-how to simplify the complex world of private company ownership.
This marks another example of how we at Katalysen use our Venture Targeter framework to identify, structure, and accelerate special situation opportunities together with strong partners.
